'Deadpool 2' Rumors: Sequel To Come Out June 2017

The first "Deadpool" movie has not even come out yet but there are already some rumors about the release date of a sequel.

Rumor has it that the Deadpool sequel will take the release date of what was supposed to be for "Fantastic Four 2." The producers might have thought that fans would appreciate the Deadpool sequel more, especially after a huge Fantastic Four let down in 2015.

There are not much villains for the Deadpool saga. It is likely that there will be a lot of crossovers done by superheroes and super villains from other Marvel comic book stories. In the film, we could actually expect to see X-Men's Colossus and Negasonic. We've already seen them in the trailers for "Deadpool." In a way, the film could also pave the way for the set up of the X-Men universe.

For the second movie, Inquisitr reported that Cable is likely to be included. Cable is occasionally a villain despite of him and Deadpool being reluctant allies. Being the son of Cyclops and Jean Grey's Clone, he could also connect Deadpool with the X-Men.

T-Ray may also be brought in to mix things up. In the comics, T-Ray is a sorcerer who confused the merc with a mouth with his identity. Frank Castle aka The Punisher was also involved with Deadpool in the comics. There's a chance that we could also see him in the sequel.

In the comics, Deadpool actually is in good terms with Spider-Man. Although there might be no chance of getting the two together in the big screen or in any screen because Spidey is still under Sony. Sony just lent Spider-Man to Marvel-Disney for a couple of movies which has involvements with the Avengers.

According to Christian Post, Fox may be considering the release date of June 9, 2017.
