A student will be kidnapped during the Chunin exams in "Boruto: Naruto Next Generations" Chapter 3.

The next installment of the manga opens with Kankurou and Gaara travelling to Konoha for the Chunin exams. However, everything turns into chaos when a group of attackers abducts Mitsuki.

Based on spoilers for the next chapter, the culprits will be able to get inside the premises of the Chunin exams without being detected by disguising themselves. It is also speculated that the attackers will accomplish the abduction to use Mitsuki as leverage over those who will attempt to prevent them from completing their mission.

There are also rumors that the attackers will come to the village to look for a particular scribe that is being kept by Sasuke. To ensure that the scribe will not fall into their hands, Sasuke will help in catching the attackers who are terrorizing the village.

As for Naruto's part, he will assist in dispatching as many units as possible to ensure that their village is secured all the time. He will also stand as a lookout throughout the course of the terrorism.

Aside from the tandem of Naruto and Sasuke in patrolling the entire city, chapter 3 will also follow the son of Naruto as he helps out in the endeavor.   While Naruto does not want his son to put his life in danger, no one can stop Boruto from doing whatever he wants to do. In the next chapter, his friends will help out in identifying the identities of the attackers.
