'Bard's Tale 4' Teaser: Latest Trailer Shows Caith And What It Has

inXile Entertainment has released a teaser trailer for "The Bard's Tale 4" and it showcases what Caith has to offer.

The clip opens with a creature near a stream in a forest. The next sequence sees the woods, with a creature spotted and another one running. It is followed by the next scene, which shows a mystical gateway and inside it is a four-legged monster, which apparently walks away. The creatures appear to thrive in the woods, which looks green and fresh.

The teaser also features Caith's landscape, which includes the mountains and the waters. A flying creature also arrives; its bony body makes it look like a dragon. Notably, it has three heads, with the center head as the largest. The beast also breathes fire as the trailer ends.

In a statement, as cited by Kickstarter, inXile said that the clip was designed to illustrate the tone that they were looking to capture for their environments and creatures in "The Bard's Tale 4." Such include the landscape for players to explore and the "menagerie" of creatures, which are inspired by the myth and Celtic folklore.

According to inXile, as cited by Game Ranx, "The Bard's Tale 4" comes back to the classic fantasy role-playing games and it features a dynamic turn-based combat, a party of characters to create and design, and the first-person exploration of maze-like dungeons with various riddles and puzzles.

inXile is yet to confirm the release date of "The Bard's Tale 4;" however, the game is rumored to come out in Oct. 2017.
