Zayn Malik and Perrie Edwards are quite young, but they have been engaged for more than two years. Fans are not questioning his commitment, after all, he did put a ring on her. But, when will Zayn, former One Direction singer, walk his fiancee, singer in Little Mix, down the aisle?

In a new interview, Debbie Edwards, who is Perrie's grandmother, implies that the couple may be married already.

She states that she does not see Perrie being with anyone else, and even says that Zayn is like her son.

"Zayn's one of the nicest boys I've ever met and I couldn't imagine Perrie with anyone else," said Debbie in the interview with OK! Magazine.

"I feel like he's already my son, they've been together since she was on The X Factor so he's part of the family."

Debbie also added that Little Mix is working hard on their third album, so the couple will not have time to plan a wedding anytime soon.

"They've got plenty of time, they're still young," she said. "I visit quite a lot to cook them Sunday roasts. She could be like, 'Mam, I'm upset, take the day off and spend it with me,' and I would."

Fans still ask when, but Perrie has made it clear that she is sick of being asked that.

In an interview with Capital FM, she stared into the camera and said firmly, "I'll get married when I'm bloody ready!"
