WWE Rumors and Spoilers 2014: Hulk Hogan Wants to Fight John Cena at Wrestlemania 31 (VIDEO)

WWE Hall of Famer 'The Immortal' Hulk Hogan revealed that he is currently training in preparation for a potential match with current WWE World Heavyweight Champion John Cena.

According to Cage Side Seats, the 60-year old is working out in order to face the 37-year-old WWE superstar, however due to the age of the former New World Order faction leader (in WCW and briefly in WWE, when he feuded with The Rock at Wrestlemania 18 in 2002), it is very unlikely that Hogan will ever fight in a match again.

The former WWE and WCW champion talked about his profound respect for the 'Doctor of Thuganomics' in a recent interview.

"He loves being on the road, he's got wrestling in his blood. And for him to be so graceful when he's tired and there's no sleep, no food and these Make-A-Wish kids come to him even for five minutes, he'll spend a whole day with them," said Hogan, according to the Bleacher Report.

"His priorities are in order. No matter what whether he wins or loses he's still the man. To me, I've been around for a long time and I've done a lot to help this business, but it fails in comparison to what John Cena has done. In my opinion, John Cena is the greatest WWE champion of all time," he added.

On March 10, Cena and Hogan meet each other in the ring for the first time when 'Hulkster' appeared in Cena's corner when the 'Cenation' superstar pinned 'The Wyatt Family' member Erick Rowan for the victory in a one-one match.

After the match, Cena imitated his idol's legendary poses when the two men entertained the crowd in the ring five months ago.

Hulk Hogan is expected to return to the WWE next week on 'WWE Monday Night Raw' on the August 11, in order to promote the upcoming WWE Summerslam PPV event that will broadcast live on the WWE Network on August 17.
