The WoW 12th anniversary event will allow players to have their very own corgi puppy.

Among the packages that players get access to for the Wow 12th anniversary event are 200 Timewarped Badges, the Celebration Package that will immediately boost the experience and reputation gains from kills by 12%. However this would only last for one hour.

The "World of Warcraft" peaked in 2010 when its subscribers base breached the 12 million mark. That's a huge jump from the 1.5 million start during the first quarter of 2005. But with a lot of MMOs in the market, the game saw its base down to 10 million by 2014.

There's also the chance to go to Orgrimmar or Stormwind if you get the "Letter from the Timewalkers" which will kick off a new quest.

"Thank you to all of the heroes of the Horde and the Alliance for your unfaltering dedication to Azeroth," the website said. "Whether you are a clever night elf, a nimble gnome, a mystical troll, or a stalwart human, we appreciate your continued support, and we're looking forward to sharing many more adventures with you for years to come."

Also, players will earn more Timewarped Badges if they can answer the trivia given by Questgivers Historian Llore and Historian Ju'pe. You can also purchase the Corgi Pup from the two historians and other WoW 12th anniversary event goodies.

However, these packages as part of the WoW 12th Anniversary event will only last until Nov. 30 so better hurry if you want that corgi, which was the official mascot for "World of Warcraft: Legion - Destructoid."
