American Horror Story Coven Season 3 Spoilers and Promo Trailer for Next Episode "Head"  

Spoilers have emerged for the upcoming episode of American Horror Story: Coven and co-creator Ryan Murphy says that the episode will feature the death of many characters.

During an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Murphy gave a little insight as to what viewers can expect to see in the upcoming episode titled "Head."

Viewers saw Madame LaLaurie's head be sent over to the Academy's doorstep after being chopped off by Marie Laveau, who also chopped of her hand.

The witches will have to deal with LaLaurie's head. Joan will also be seen heavily in the episode after being resurrected by the next Supreme, Misty Day.

"She finally has to deal with the fact that the ladies next door are witches whom she hates but who can help her, particularly Nan who is a clairvoyant," Murphy said.

"We give the nation and the world Patti [LuPone] singing a spiritual, which is a great moment for her. I think Head is my favorite episode of the season."

Murphy also revealed that Fiona, Cordelia, Madison, Marie Laveau, and Queenie will all have crazy storylines, which you can tell from last night's episode.

Queenie kills a man and rips his "dark" heart out to bring it back to Marie Leveau so she can enhance Queenie's powers, while Cordelia performed the "sacred taking" ritual to kill her mother Fiona.
