'The Walking Dead' Season 4 Episode 3 "Isolation" SPOILERS and RUMORS: Will Baby Judith Die from Flu Infection TONIGHT? [TRAILER] [LIVE STREAM ONLINE]

Tonight's premiere of The Walking Dead Season 4 Episode 3 "Isolation" is guaranteed to bring the zombies with a dose of infection. There have been some spoilers spreading around the Internet that baby Judith might die from the flu-like disease destroying the prison gang. Do you think the rumors are true?

The Walking Dead showrunner Scott Gimple wouldn't spoil too much about tonight's premiere but did answer a few details: "It is safe to say Patrick died of whatever that was. The walker that was at the fence that we saw was rather fresh; he's not very rotted. I would intuit that because it's a fresh zombie that the person who died recently was in the same method Patrick died."

Though baby Judith might not become infected, spoilers indicate that more lives might be lost. How will Tyreese deal with the aftermath of Karen's infection and eventual burning? Some rumors indicate Tyreese will transform into some kind of vengeful villain, not unlike the Governor.

"That is a terrific question. We don't know Tyreese's full story, but the way he carries himself, he hasn't lost much the same way that some other people have since the turn. He hasn't lost his wife -- I'm not saying he had one -- but compared to Rick, he hasn't had these crushing losses," Gimple reveals.
