Meek Mill Responds to Kendrick Lamar's "Control Verse" / Kendrick Lamar says "Try Harder" / Meek Mill "Ohh Kill Em" [LISTEN NOW] [DOWNLOAD NOW]

Since the black hippy, Kendrick Lamar dropped his controversial verse on Big Seans "Control" the Hip Hop community has been running around like chickens with their heads chopped off. Many rappers have responded to the Kendrick, but none have touched his soul lyrically.

Lupe Fiasco was the first to respond followed by Joel Ortiz, Joe Budden, Cassidy, and Papoose. Kendrick mentioned MMG rapper, Meek Mill and he has finally responded with a track called "Ohh Kill Em". Apparently, the track was like grape koolaid on a hot summer day to Kendrick because he swallowed it with ease and was cool after it.

Kendrick sent out the following message to everyone who has responded thus far. "They need to try harder." During an interview with TMZ Kendrick said "[Jay Z] That's the big homie, but everybody else got to try harder."

Meek Mill recently did an interview with MTV and he claims that he spoke with Meek Mill recently at Jay Z's Made in America Festival. Meek says he told Kendrick that he had to figure out how to respond to Kendrick's "Control" verse in a respectful way because he felt as if Kendrick didn't mean anything disrespectful by the verse and that it's just frendly competition. Meek released the following statement,

"I'm from Philly, when somebody comes at you, they come at you in a very disrespectful way, like they're gonna kill your mother in their raps and all types of stuff. So I was just thinking of a way I could keep it respectful, but still talk that work so you know that I meant business."

Of course I have Meek Mill's response for you all to hear, check out "Ohh Kill Em" down below. Sound off in the comments and let me know what you think. Stay tuned for more news and updates.
