The final episode of HBO's hit vampire series 'True Blood' is set to premiere this Sunday. During the final season's latest episode, it has been revealed that Bill was near death and had refused to take the cure that's supposed to save his life.

The trailer for the upcoming series finale reveals that Sookie is desperately trying to get Bill to cure himself, but the vampire refuses to do so, believing that Sookie will live a happier life without him in it. The stubborn southern girl refuses to give up on the love of her life, and tells Bill that all she wants is for him to be alive. The final moments for the 'True Blood' lovers is symbolically set in the middle of a cemetery.

The moment of reckoning for HBO's most popular vampire will keep its viewers on the edge of their seats. Recent reports claim that Bill will be giving in to Sookie's wish, and that the two will get to live happily ever after.

Meanwhile, Pam will reportedly be escaping death in the hit TV series' conclusion. It can be recalled that in True Blood's previous episode, she has been held captive by the vampire villain Mr. Gus, after the latter has suspected that Eric had lied to him, and that Sookie had found out about the cure.

Pam was last seen tied to a table with a wooden stake dangling over her, but as it turns out, a plan to save her, according to reports, may just be carried out right on time, as the series' finale preview revealed Pam draining the blood out of another vampire, Sarah, while Eric watches along, fangs and all.
