The popular HBO vampire drama True Blood is returning for its last season premiere. The season 7 episode 1 premiere already has tons of spoilers and rumors floating around the Internet about what new cast members will join for the final season and which main characters will die in the finale. The premiere of season 7 episode 1 of True Blood has a release date set for Summer of 2014, but the actual start date of the show hasn't been set in stone.

Stephen Moyer, who plays Bill Compton on the show, will direct the final season premiere of True Blood. E! Online released a plot synopsis for True Blood season 7 episode 1, which read, "The premiere episode, which is titled 'Jesus Gonna Be Here,' will feature a super-adorable flashback to Sookie and Tara when they were just 10. Plus, we'll also get a Bill-centric flashback as we'll get to see more of his family in 1862, including his young daughter Sarah and his wife Caroline."

Some new cast members that will show up in the season 7 premiere are Ronnie, a vampire who will 'devour' humans, and Jerome, a vampire infected with the Hep-V virus.
