Tim Tebow Encourages Fan With Life Threatening Sickness To Follow Jesus [VIDEO]

In latest Tim Tebow news, the former NFL QB recently fulfilled a dying fan's wish to meet him after she previously contacted the Tim Tebow Foundation.

"I've never had people take time out of their life like this for me," said Haley Burke, a 15-year-old girl who is currently suffering from Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, "When things get tough, or things get so crazy, and only two things matter: loving Jesus and loving people."

Haley's mother Jamie revealed how grateful her daughter was to finally meet the 27-year-old athlete after Tebow's foundation flew the teen and her entire family to Arizona in order to hang out with her.

"I've not seen her this happy in a long time. She's just been so free and able to not worry about anything--just hearing her say, 'Mom, I've never felt like this' has meant the world to me," said Jamie.

She added, "This has encouraged her to keep going and to help other people. Tim has made her dreams come true."

Tim Tebow mentioned it was his pleasure to dine and pray with Haley's family during their stay in 'The Grand Canyon State'.

"They're amazing," said Tebow to People magazine, "The entire time I was with them, I was so inspired by their strength and courage in facing every day and every struggle with a positive attitude."

Tebow also talked about his foundation's W15H program and his strong Christian faith.

"The W15H program allows me to keep a great perspective on life. I always begin the wish hoping to have a positive impact on these children, but every time, I'm the one who has been impacted the most," said Tebow.

"Other than my faith and family, my foundation is the most important thing in my life. It allows me to keep so many things in perspective, and it gives me the opportunity to bring people together to invest in the lives of children all around the world. My goal has always been to bring faith, hope and love to those needing a brighter day in their darkest hour of need. I've been so blessed to have a platform where I can influence and, hopefully, impact these incredible children."
