Cady McClain has been added to the cast of popular soap opera "They Young and The Restless," according to new reports, and she will reportedly be playing the role of Kelly Andrews.

It appears that McClain is enjoying her time on the show. The actress recently tweeted about her experience thus far with the soap opera.

"I LOVED being on Y and R. A big hug to the cast and crew! You guys rock! My fans and my not fans. I love you. I hope I didn't let you down," McClain wrote via Twitter.

The role of Kelly Andrews was previously played by Cynthia Watros. However, Watros is leaving the show for a new role on MTV's popular "Finding Carter."

In other "The Young and The Restless" casting shakes ups, actor David Tom will be taking over for actor Billy Miller who currently plays the role of Billy Abbott on the show. To see what Tom reveals about his character read on, but be cautious of spoilers.

David Tom is very familiar with the role of Billy Abbott because the actor actually played him from 1992 until 2002, according to TV Guide. But, in an interview with TV Guide, Tom said he does not feel uncomfortable returning to the show after such a long break.

He said, "It feels totally comfortable and I'm smiling from ear to ear. It's like I'm still waiting to snap out of a dream. It's so great to be back working with Peter Bergman [Jack] and Jess Walton [Jill], again. And, of course, there are so many people who are new to me. Twelve years away will do that!"

"When I left, Billy was more of a boy. Now I get to play him as an adult, with all his adult problems. I'm stepping into some really big shoes here. Billy Miller is a great actor who did an amazing job in the part. I definitely have some challenges. Fans can be resistant to change but I think they'll be happily surprised at what's coming up," he added.
