'The Originals' Season 4 Cast News: Joseph Morgan Reveals Fans Will See A Different Klaus Next Season

As season 4 of "The Originals" draws closer, fans are getting more and more excited to know what is in store for their favorite characters.

As far as the cast is concerned, the show has confirmed some new additions to the season 4 cast, including a recurring character. Recently, actor Joseph Morgan, who plays Klaus, also teased that viewers may get to see a different kind of Klaus in the upcoming season.

At the San Diego Comic-Con 2016, Morgan revealed that the death of Cami has really made a tremendous impact on his character, leading to a significantly changed Klaus next season. According to Morgan, fans will notice a change both in his mood and personality in season 4.

Aside from Klaus being a changed man, another thing to watch out for in the upcoming season is actress Christina Moses, who will play the role of a werewolf named Keelin. "Sleepy Hollow" actor Neil Jackson is also joining the cast as Alistair, who is the new vampire in town.

Moreover, "Teen Wolf" star Keahu Kahuanui will play a character named Eddie, Josh Rosza's boyfriend. He is a human who is completely aware of the supernatural world.

A trailer for the upcoming season was unveiled at the San Diego Comic Con 2016, where attendees got a first look into the new season. The video revealed a five-year time jump from where the previous season left off. Hope, Klaus' daughter, will be back next season as a grown-up lady, and her character will be played by "Basic Witches" star Summer Fontana.

"The Originals" season 4 is expected to premiere sometime in 2017 on The CW.
