'The Originals' Season 3 Spoilers, Preview: Prophecy Set To Be Achieved In ‘The Bloody Crown’

A prophecy is set to be achieved in "The Originals" season 3 episode 22.

"The Originals" season 3 episode 22 is entitled "The Bloody Crown." According to Spoilers Guide, the episode sees the Mikaelson siblings cross paths with the person that could bring them to their sure downfall, following months of preventing the latter's perilous threats and violent attacks.

In addition, episode 22 will also see Klaus in a trial because of the magnitude of cruelty he committed for a long span of time, along with heightened stakes than before. The episode is also set to see Marcel stunned by the unforeseen appearance of someone from his past. The character seems to be out of control, after he was betrayed by the people who are closest to him.

"The Blood Crown" is also set to see Kol, Freya, and Elijah find a way to rescue their family before things go to a bad turn.

The episode follows "The Originals" season 3 episode 21, which is entitled "Give ‘Em Hell Kid." In the episode, Freya is set to learn that her family is going to come face to face with a seemingly violent foe, following some new visions of a looming prophecy.

According to Spoilers Guide, the episode will also see Kol and Vincent head to the ancestral world with the aid of Detective Kinney to stop the witches and claim their city as theirs for good. Marcel is also confronted by Elijah and Klaus about a disheartening plan, which leaves the former spiraling.

"The Originals" season 3 episode 21, "Give ‘Em Hell Kid," is set to air on May 13 while episode 22, "The Blood Crown," airs on May 20.
