'The Incredibles 2' Release Date, Cast: Brad Bird’s Animated Action Film Set To Feature Frozone, Jack-Jack, Syndrome Dynamics

With Brad Bird's animated action adventure film "The Incredibles 2" upcoming, it is reported that it will feature on Frozone, Jack-Jack, and Syndrome Dynamics.

In his interview with Digital Spy in 2014, "The Avengers" actor Samuel L. Jackson, who played Frozone in Bird's 2004 film "The Incredibles," said that the director mentioned that his character would always be part of what was going on.

Jackson also said that while the Incredibles could be even without Frozone, the character would still be a fascinating inclusion to the film sequel. Along with his insights on Jack-Jack, the youngest member of the Parr family, it was also revealed that the character would be six-years old in the film and he would be facing some challenges involving his powers.

In line with learning his powers as a growing child, it is also rumored that Bird's "The Incredibles 2" would see a recurring villain in Syndrome, as per Movie News Guide. According to the publication, Syndrome would be the one to teach the young superhero, which potentially shifts the latter to the dark side of the force.

Other rumors also say that Jack-Jack would become an apprentice of another villain, who is yet to be revealed. In line with this, it is added that the youngest Parr is set to destroy the Incredibles. Whether it is true or not, only Bird or the actors may shed some light on the plot detail.

"The Incredibles 2" serves as a sequel to "The Incredibles," which starred the voices of Jackson, Maeve Andrews, Eli Fucile, Jean Sincere, Bernie Kropp, Teddy Newton, Dominique Louis, Jason Lee, Holly Hunter, and Craig Nelson, among others. Overall, exact details on the plot, characters, and cast are yet to be revealed.

Bird's "The Incredibles 2" is set to premiere in theaters in the United States on June 21, 2019.
