New images released off the set of The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 reveal an altercation or physical conflict between the characters Katniss Everdeen and Peeta Mellark.

Jennifer Lawrence, playing Katniss, is seen dressed in black body armor and ready for combat, John Hutcherson, as Peeta Mellark, also dons the same equipment. The evident struggle can be noticed in the following three images:

Katniss is apparently shocked as Peeta attempts to strangle, or grapple her. When she tries to escape his clutches, Peeta draws a gun on her inciting that he will kill her. However, Katniss appears unscathed by the end of the scene.

The film is currently shooting somewhere in France.

While Jennifer Lawrence remains tied up with filming the upcoming movie, it seems as though she will be "tied up", with someone else, in the near future. After the actress finishes filming, it is rumored that she plans on marrying her boyfriend, Nicholas Hoult.

Hollywood Life reports that the couple is supposedly engaged, "The Hunger Games actress had a turquoise, heart-shaped ring shining on her engagement finger, causing rumors to erupt that she was engaged," the site reported. "Despite it not being a diamond, Jennifer chose to wear it on that special finger, and we wouldn't be at all surprised if Nicholas chose a unique engagement ring like this one for the quirky star."

Francis Lawrence's The Hunger Games Mockingjay Part 1 is scheduled to debut in theaters nationwide on November 21.
