'Teen Wolf' Season 6 Spoilers, News Update: Scott Going To Meet New Love, Lydia Goes Back To 1980s?

Scott is set to meet someone who will capture his heart while Lydia is set to explore her past in "Teen Wolf" season 6.

According to Parent Herald, "Teen Wolf" season 6 will see Scott find a new love interest. As per the publication, this story arc started following the revelation that Nickolodeon star Gabrielle Elyse was going to play the role of Jayden in the forthcoming sixth season.

In other news, Lydia is set to go back to the 1980s, Teen Wolf News has learned. As per the publication, this is supported by a casting notice for a Holland Roden photo double and extras with 80's Hairstyles for 18 to 50 years old, which were described as early Madonna and Duran Duran.

"Teen Wolf" executive producer Jeff Davis confirmed the 1980s storyline. In a statement, as cited by Teen Wolf News, Davis said that there was a brief flashback to 1987, adding that he had not been expecting Duran Duran hairdos.

The said casting call is looking for people from ages 21 to 40 who reside within Southern California area. They are required to submit their current photo, age, union status, height and weight, and contact information via e-mail, with the subject line "80's." The call time for the candidates is at 4:30 a.m. on May 2.

Along with Scott and Lydia's fate, Ghost Riders are also set to mess up in Beacon Hills in "Teen Wolf" season 6, according to Davis. In his interview with MTV news, he said that they have a really cool mythology, which involved three characters that he described as "new bad guys." He also mentioned that they looked cool, adding that they liked tall villains.

"Teen Wolf" season 6 is expected to air in June.
