In latest 'Star Wars' news, there are reports that claim world famous actors Mark Ruffalo and Daniel Craig both want to be involved in the popular science fiction movie franchise.

"Daniel asked for some sort of secret cameo role - and was happy to have his name left off the posters," said an anonymous source to The Sun, "Fans will love trying to work out which covered up character is him."

The 46-year-old English actor is best known for playing the iconic role as Secret Agent 007 James Bond in the last three movie based on the character created by writer Ian Fleming in 1952.

Craig will reprise his role as the long running UK protagonist in the future 'James Bond 24' movie when it finally arrives in theaters on October 23, 2015.

In other 'Star Wars' news, 'Avengers: Age of Ultron' Mark Ruffalo admits he wants to star in the 'Star Wars Episode 8' movie.

"My email to Rian after all these years was, 'Rian, congratulations on everything you've been doing. And by the way, if there's a part in Star Wars, please, anything, please consider considering me to join you,'" said Ruffalo to Collider.

The 46-year-old Wisconsin actor believes his current role and experience as the Incredible Hulk has made him better as a motion capture actor in the entertainment business.

"Possibly, depending on timing. I love hanging out with Rian so that's interesting to me but I would like a role," said Ruffalo.

"I am thrilled about motion capture. It's been a journey for me to get there. After this last Avengers and the work we're doing with that, and the advancement of the technology even since the first Avengers, I'm so excited about where we can go with motion capture. I hope that I'm on the front line of this kind of new frontier of creativity and performance that is completely boundless. Definitely be interested in doing something like that for Star Wars."

The 'Star Wars Episode 7' is slated to feature the return of Mark Hamill (Luke Skywalker), Carrie Fisher (Princess Leia Organa), and Harrison Ford as space cowboy Han Solo in the upcoming film.

'Star Wars Episode 7' is set to arrive in theaters on December 18, 2015, while 'Star Wars Episode 8' is scheduled to debut in 2017.
