Star Wars 7 Spoilers, Cast Rumors: JJ Abrams Hints at Stormtrooper Appearance

While the new 'Star Wars 7' film is set for a 2015 release, fans are already looking for leaked information about the plot and its direction. Director J.J Abrams is putting in a strong effort to keep such things confidential, but there is some information about the film that could not be kept a secret.

In his recent interview with Flickering Myth, Abrams gave a hint that there will be certain characters who will return in the upcoming film including George Lucas' fictional 'Star Wars' soldiers, the Stormtroopers. Abrams did not say a word about it, but he did nod and smile when asked if such characters would return.

"I'm really excited. And you know, people keep saying that I liked the last trilogy and I did. I liked [Episode] 1, 2 and 3. But I liked them as an adult - when I watched them they didn't give me the same feeling I had when I was seven watching them for the first time and that's fine," Abrams told Flickering Myth.

It is still unknown as to how the Stormtroopers in the upcoming film will be portrayed, but it is highly anticipated that the characters and the film itself will be a success and will satisfy 'Star Wars' fans. "This movie though... Dude, I cried four times... [J.J] has f**king captured it, man. He has nailed it." Actor Kevin Smith recently shared on Instagram.

Even with all the production's secrets, details are slowly being revealed. It has been reported that British actor Christina Chong may play a supporting role in the seventh episode of 'Star Wars' with Mark Hamill, Carrie Fisher, Harrison Ford, Daisy Ridley, and John Boyega. The most awaited seventh installment of Star Wars is set to screen on December 18, 2015.
