'Silicon Valley' Season 3 Episode 6 Recap, Spoilers: Richard Spearheads A Global Engineer Team?

Richard spearheads a team of engineers while Elrich gives a speech in "Silicon Valley" season 3 episode 6.

"Silicon Valley" season 3 episode 6 is entitled "Bachmanity Insanity." According to HBO, the episode sees Richard in his "element," heading an international engineering group. While this is potentially interesting for fans, it's also revealed that his growing bond is threatened by his coding neuroses.

Erlich and Big Head also had a launch party, which was Hawaiian-themed, in "Silicon Valley" season 3 episode 6. There, Elrich gave an "impassioned speech" to Richard and Dinesh, and it mainly revolved on showing his enemies what he had got.

Erlich is not usually inclined to succeed, according to Carter Matt. According to the website, the character is not good at anything, barring communicating his insane thoughts to people. However, it looks like his speech lets him succeed this time.

Along with Richard and Elrich's story arcs, "Bachmanity Insanity" also sees Dinesh eyeing his co-worker, who is a foreigner. However, his problem is the anxiety that he develops in a face to face meeting.

Previously, in "Silicon Valley" season 3 episode 5, Richard discovered a bad post about Pied Piper, which is entitled "The Empty Chair." This leads him to ask Laurie for a meeting with the person who did it. Since the former tended to lose words, second to being too emotional, Laurie suggested that he should see a Raviga PR specialist before the meeting.

"Silicon Valley" season 3 episode 6, "Bachmanity Insanity," aired on May 29. Watch the preview here.
