Ryan Stevenson's 'Fresh Start' Available Now; Includes Hit Single with TobyMac 'Not Forgotten'
Ryan Stevenson's long awaited Gotee Records debut, Fresh Start, is now available on iTunes and other digital outlets today.
The records includes the multi-week no. 1 "Not Forgotten" (feat. TobyMac), as well as current hit, "All Yours."
Fresh Start was produced and mixed by Bryan Fowler for fabmusic, with "Not Forgotten" produced by Chuck Butler and mixed by Christopher Stevens for fabmusic. Fresh Start features 10 selections co-written by Stevenson. The collection includes the autobiographical "From The Ground Up (Bonanza)"; the soul-infused "Give It All Away"; "Eye Of The Storm" (feat. GabeReal of Diverse City); and the powerful challenge of "Dare You To Trust My Love," inspired by the writings of Brennan Manning.
Stevenson is touring with the Newsboys for the "We Believe...God's Not Dead" 2015 Fall Tour with the opening show taking place in Las Vegas. It also features Hawk Nelson, and the tour will travel to more than 40 markets before wrapping up December 13. In addition, Stevenson is a featured guest on TobyMac's "Lift You Up"-a song he also co-wrote-from the multi-GRAMMY® Award-winning artist's latest best-selling release, This Is Not A Test.
Nominated for a 2014 GRAMMY® Award as co-writer of TobyMac's hit single "Speak Life," Stevenson's own acoustic version of the song is featured on his Holding Nothing Back EP. The project, which also includes the hit title cut, released in 2014. After capturing TobyMac's attention, Stevenson-who spent seven years as a paramedic-was signed to an exclusive agreement with the iconic artist's Gotee Records. The Pacific Northwest native is a husband and father of two boys.
