What was the highlight moment of your music in 2014?
A big highlight for me was being at the Grammys in January with a nomination for co-writing "Speak Life" with TobyMac. I also really enjoyed being out on two separate major tours with Toby in the Spring and Fall of 2014. Those were amazing experiences!

What is your New Year's resolution for 2015?
My resolution is to continue living out of the truth of my being, agreeing with the Holy Spirit about my identity in Christ as a son of the King! I also resolve to open my life and heart more and more to allow the Lord to move and speak freely though me"”having no fear of man.

What is something you wish to do better in the new year, and how can your fans pray for you?
I hope to be more serving to others; to love those around me with a deeper, more compassionate heart. And to be more sensitive to what the Holy Spirit is telling me to do to meet the needs of other people.

What was the highlight moment of your music in 2014?
This past year we had a two-day event in Sacramento, California. Canton Junction performed "Homesick" with Pastor Hagee, which is from The Hagee's Love project. The entire night for Canton and The Hagee family was special, but having the chance to feel the energy when we performed that song together was something I won't forget.

What is your New Year's resolution for 2015?
To be better and try harder, to make progress everyday. When we strive to be a little better everyday, we'll be amazed what we can do in a year!

What is something you wish to do better in the new year, and how can your fans pray for you?
I would ask for people to pray for strength and wisdom. With those two characteristics, you can achieve all that you imagine and more.

What was the highlight moment of your music in 2014?
Under the Radar hosts a retreat/concert series every summer called Escape to the Lake. We were invited to play this year and it was an absolute blast. It was supposed to be outside, but it rained, so everyone packed inside this old circular dome building with a makeshift sound setup. The show couldn't have gone any better"”it was kind of a "we're all in this together" night of music and laughter that turned out to be our favorite of the summer!

What is your New Year's resolution for 2015?
We're having a baby in June! My wife, Licia, will tell you she's pretty resolved on this... :)

What is something you wish to do better in the new year, and how can your fans pray for you?
Writing/recording songs daily, not seasonally (as in only when we're on a deadline). We're having our first baby in June! Praying for a healthy delivery and wisdom for moving forward with music as a family.

What was the highlight moment of your music in 2014?
I have a few highlight moments for 2014. The first was receiving the ASCAP Rhythm and Soul Award for "It's Not Over," as well as having that same song featured in the major motion picture, "I'm In Love With A Church Girl." My final highlight of the year was moving to San Antonio to join the Cornerstone Church team.

What is your New Year's resolution for 2015?
Not your typical resolution, but my New Year's Resolution for 2015 is to read more books.

What is something you wish to do better in the new year, and how can your fans pray for you?
My desire for 2015 is to better balance ministry and family. We are in the midst of completing a new project, so I would appreciate prayers for wisdom, creativity, and new spheres of influence as we set to release new music.
