Fans are still in shock after the jaw-dropping Season 3 finale of 'Revenge' and all the unanswered questions left in its wake. One of the more pressing subjects fans of the series have on their minds is what is David Clarke going to do now.

Viewers can recall that in Season 3, it was unveiled that David Clarke is not dead after all. Evidently, this clever maneuver by the producers and writers of the show allows them the opportunity to change the course of the series.

However, what fans really want to know is whether David is going to come back to help his daughter, Emily Thorne, or if he's going to come back just to mess with her life.

Unfortunately there's not much information about that in terms of spoilers, but 'Revenge' executive producer 'Aaron Harberts' had some details to share.

In an interview with E! Online, Harberts said, "He [David Clarke] may not be the most emotionally and psychologically stable," adding, "The drive of season four will be Emily discovering who Amanda Clarke is and Emily figuring out her new life with her father in it. I don't want to say when she's going to discover it that, but that's going to be our arc for the season."

It seems as though Emily and her father are going to get some major screen time when 'Revenge' returns on the air for Season 4.

Beyond that, fans are wondering what's the scoop with Victoria Grayson and her release from the mental hospital. As it stands, many fans are convinced that some serious "revenge" is about to take place.

'Revenge' Season 4 is set to premiere on September 28 on ABC at 10 pm EST.
