‘Resurrection’ Season 2 Episode 6 Spoilers: 'Afflictions' Reveals Agent Bellamy's Dark Secret

On the latest episode of 'Resurrection' Season 2, another returned vanished into thin air leaving the fan base asking questions. Nevertheless, answers will be provided in the next episode, entitled "Afflictions," which is set to air Sunday, November 2, at 8 pm on ABC.

Spoilers for Episode 6 reveal that the drama will intensify after Agent Martin Bellamy, played by Omar Epps, discovers something shocking about his past.

A press release for the sixth episode of the series disclosed that, "A desperately ill Bellamy is going to turn to his shadowy government contact for help and is going to end up learning something shocking about his own past."

The announcement said that "The living will seek answers after another returned vanishes into thin air."

Meanwhile, someone new comes to town and gives Henry Langston, portrayed by Kurtwood Smith, an interesting offer.

Langston is the husband of Lucille, portrayed by Frances Fisher, whose seemingly happy marriage was shattered by the death of their son, Jacob, played by Landon Gimenez.

The series showed Agent Bellamy returning to Arcadia with a boy who looks like Jacob. The returning "Jacob," unchanged after many years, baffles his father, Henry, but delights his mother, Lucille, who believes Jacob's return was a gift from God.

'Resurrection' which premiered on March 9 on ABC, tackles the issues that would arise if people or pets (that have disappeared) suddenly return to their homes.

The cast includes Samaire Armstrong as Elaine Richards, Mark Hildreth as Tom Hale, Sam Hazeldine as Caleb Richards, Veronica Cartwright as Helen Edgerton and Matt Craven as Fred Langston.

The "Afflictions" episode will feature guest stars such as Kyle Secor as Brian Addison, Michelle Fairley as Margaret Langston, Assaf Cohen as Dr. Courtelis and Donna Murphy in a cameo appearance, according to IMDb.
