"Live on Forever," the fifth studio album by The Afters will be released on Sept. 9 but pre-orders are already available now both on iTunes and Amazon Music.

Fans will also get a free download of the title track and another single, "Battles," which recently impacted Christian radio stations. The single, "Live on Forever," already landed in the top 10 of the Billboard National Christian Audience chart as well as top 5 of the Billboard Christian Hot AC charts.

The Afters frontman Josh Havens said in a press release, "Battles is a song about standing against fear and knowing that God is always with us. His love is our armor, and He is on our side fighting for us in the battles that we face in this life."

The press release further states that "Live on Forever" was produced while members of The Afters were undergoing their own trials and challenges. As such, the album serves "as a reminder of God's faithfulness and strength in our moments of weakness."

In other news, as BREATHEcast has previously reported, The Afters will hit the road for the 45-city Love Riot Tour along with the Newsboys. Fans who are planning to watch any of the shows will definitely get a taste of "Live on Forever."

The Love Riot tour continues at Black River Coliseum in Poplar Bluff, Mo., on July 30 and Ozark Empire Fair in Springfield, Mo., on July 31.
