'Pokémon Sun' And ‘Moon' News, Rumors: The Game Starters, Legendary Pokemon Unveiled?

"Pokemon" fans and gamers cannot be stopped with updates regarding the much anticipated "Pokemon Sun and Moon," especially now that details on possible starters and legendary Pokemon have been revealed.

The "Pokemon" Games, from the batch of "Pokemon Red and Blue" to "Pokemon X and Y," normally start the gameplay with choosing one Pokemon among the three starter Pokemon, with the elemental types of grass, fire, and water. In line with this, Tyranitar Tube has released some details on the potential starter Pokemon in "Pokemon Sun and Moon" versions.

According to TyranitarTube, the starters' Japanese names are Mokuroh, Ashimari, and Nyabby, and they lead Pokemon fans and gamers to what species and types these Pokemon are.

As per Christian Today, Mokuroh's origin words are moku, which means "wood" or "tree" and kuroh, which may have come from fukurou, which mean's owl. Thus, this Pokemon could be a wood owl, the game's grass starter.

Then, Ashimari is derived from ashika, a Japanese word that means "sea lion," and mari, which means "ball" or a shorter term for "marine." Thus, it is assumed that a sea lion could be the water type starter for "Pokemon Sun and Moon."

Meanwhile, Nyabby, may have been derived from the Japanese cat call "nya" while the second part of the name pertains to fire. This suggests that Nyabby is a fire cat starter Pokemon in "Pokemon Sun and Moon."

In other news, two Pokemon for "Pokemon Sun and Moon" have reportedly got their names, according to NeoGAF user Watch Da Birdie. According to him, he had seen two entries listed by Game Freak and they were "Solgaleo" and "Lunaala." "Sol" and "Luna" can be attributed to sun and moon, repsectively, and they could be the names of the legendary Pokemon in the upcoming game. In line with these details, Game Freak or Nintendo has not given a comment.

"Pokemon Sun and Moon" are set to be released this year. Know more about the possible "Pokemon Sun and Moon" starters by watching TyanitarTube's video here.
