Paula Deen Reached a Settlement Agreement in Discrimination Lawsuit against her and her brother "BUBBA".

Its official Paula Deen has reached a settlement agreement in the discrimination suit against her and her brother, Earl Hiers known as "Bubba". If you're not familiar with the case, here is a little backstory. This past June Paula Deen was scrutinized for admitting to using racial slurs (the N word and others) in a deposition in a criminal lawsuit. Her world was rocked ever since. She lost cookbook deals, Food Network declined to renew her contract, Wal-Mart and Caesars Casino have decided to part ways with Deen.

The woman suing Deen and brother Bubba said she was exposed to violent, sexist, and racist behavior while working at the restaurant owned by Deen and Bubba in Savannah Georgia. Deen admitted to not only using the racial slurs, but also to telling the employee that she wanted to have a "Southern plantation wedding" for her brother with an all black staff.

The case was dismissed in a Georgia federal court Friday and an undisclosed settlement was agreed upon. Below is a video of Deen's apology she made on Matt Lauers, incase you missed it.
