Jinbei was already mulling over being part of the Straw Hat Pirates in the previous chapter of "One Piece." He confronted Big Mom about his plan to join, but Big Mom has a condition before allowing him to do so. Also, Luffy noticed that a mysterious stranger was waiting for them on the shore of the Whole Cake Island.

When Jinbei told Big Mom about his request to depart her crew, Jinbei was surprised that the Yankou immediately agreed, albeit on one condition--he must give something in exchange. Big Mom presented a roulette where body parts were inscribed, and it looked like Jinbei would have to sacrifice something valuable to him before he leaves the crew.  

The previous chapter of "One Piece" revealed that Jinbei and the Sun Pirates are already an extension of the family of Big Mom. Being part of her family grants Jinbei Big Mom's protection and security, so leaving will not be easy. Also, Praline reminded Jinbei that all of the pirates who were released by Big Mom did not survive. However, there was no stopping Jinbei from leaving the crew.

Spoilers say that the inscriptions on Big Mom's roulette signify the things that Jinbei will have to sacrifice if he wants to be released. Some believe that it could be a body part, particularly a leg, while some believe that the inscribed numbers represent the number of years that Jinbei will lose if he chooses to leave.

As for the stranger waiting for them on the shore, some speculate that it could be Pudding. Fans speculate that Pudding is there to hand over a new map to the castle, while some believe that she is just there to inform Luffy about Jinbei's life being in jeopardy.

There are also speculations that the stranger is Sanji, whom Luffy will try to persuade to call off the wedding and return to the crew.
