Hook and Emma are set to make their relationship official in the upcoming season of "Once Upon A Time." It remains to be seen, however, if their romance will last for long.

Just recently, the creators of the series revealed some juicy details about what is in store for season 6 and its characters.

"We pick up pretty directly from where we left them at the end of the last season, where for the first time Emma professed her love without the duress of a life-or-death situation," said co-creator Adam Horowitz in his interview with TV Line.

He further revealed that life-or-death situations will come quickly on the show, so things will change just as pretty quickly.

There are speculations that the first part of the new season will see Emma and Hook happy together, but some drama will eventually get in their way.

Executive producer Eddy Kitsis revealed that since no relationship is a fairytale, fans should expect challenges at some point in their relationship.

"No relationship is a fairytale. So if people are expecting no drama, we hope that they will enjoy what we are showing," he said.

Some speculate that this drama has something to do with a dark secret that Emma has been keeping from Hook all this time. The official synopsis for the premiere episode of season 6 published on TV Guide reveals that Emma will keep a big secret from Hook, putting some strain in their relationship.

"Once Upon A Time" season 6 premieres on September 25 on ABC.
