According to Cheat Sheet Entertainment, Nintendo is set to announce its forthcoming video game console in the code name NX in May and reveal its actual name in June. The publication added that the anticipated release of the console would be in October or November.

It is also assumed that 2015 was Nintendo's "transition year," since the gaming tech company had put out a number of games in a stretched span of time. In addition, some believe that Nintendo's developers were still preoccupied with creating new games for the new system.
