Nintendo NX News: Survey Predicts Game Console’s Release Date In 2016?

With fans waiting for the much anticipated release of the Nintendo NX, efforts have been done to give the game console's release date.

According to Express UK, a new survey collated by lead retailer Gamestop suggested a potential release date of the Nintendo NX for 2016. Reports revealed that Gamestop had included the console, along with the other tech set for a release this year. This led fans to speculate that Nintendo NX is set to launch sooner.

Along with the Nintendo NX, the survey included new tech, such as Virtual reality headsets like HTC and PlayStation. Also, the questionnaire aimed to determine the products consumers were familiar with, as well as the level of interest they had in purchasing it in the next 12 months.

It is believed that the upcoming Nintendo NX would be a working platform for fans and gamers, allowing them to play mobile and console titles on both titles, in addition to a wide array of titles to subscribe to. In fact, recent reports revealed that industrial analyst Dr. Serkan Toto has unveiled a new "Super Smash Bros." as one of the launch titles for the console.

"Super Smash Bros." is joined by a line-up of games for the Nintendo NX, as Toto previously revealed. However, the exact titles and the number of games are yet to be revealed.

Nintendo President Tatsumi Kimishima also gave his thoughts on the forthcoming Nintendo NX. In his company statement, he said that Nintendo would continue to flexibly transform itself by adapting to changing times while constantly valuing the spirit of originality based on the belief that the true value of entertainment lies in its uniqueness.

For Kimishima, Nintendo intended to make progress with the support and encouragement of its investors and shareholders, continuing to provide products and services that people would be surprised and delighted by.
