'A.D. The Series' continues to captivate its audience week after week on NBC as the season reaches a little bit over its half way mark. On Episode 8 the world gets an inside look into the supernatural miracles Jesus' disciples performed in his name, as well as witnessing the powerful conversion of one of the most notorious Christian persecutors, Saul, who later becomes the Apostle Paul.

'A.D. The Bible Continues' airs on NBC Sunday nights with its newest episode airing May 24 at 9/8c. In this week's episode, Saul sets off for Damascus and in his absence, Peter and John join Philip in Samaria to evangelize the Gospel and perform miracles in the city. The captivating episode stems for the information found in Acts 8 and 9.

In the compelling clip we hear the actor who play John the beloved preaching the gospel to the crowd. "Let the Holy Spirit into your troubled limbs, He brings you eternal life," he said, "Have faith in Jesus Christ He is the way, the truth, and the life. We pray that all our new believers receive the Holy Spirit. We enter God's kingdom by repentance and faith by accepting Him into our lives."

'A.D. The Bible Continues aired on Easter Sunday on NBC and social media lit up with positive comments and reviews on episode 1 of the 12 episode series. Given the massive response in viewership the series has been named NO.1 on broadcast TV and to make things better its powerful message is reaching millions.

'A.D. The Bible Continues' picks up where the smash hit miniseries "The Bible" left off, continuing the greatest story ever told and exploring the exciting and inspiring events that followed the crucifixion of Christ.

The series was produced by husband and wife duo Roma Downey ("The Bible") and Mark Burnett ("The Bible," "The Voice").
