The Natalie Grant hosted 'It Takes A Church' aired its season finale last night at 9 pm. EST on the Game Show Network. The episode took place in Brooklyn, NY at Bishop Hezekiah Walker's church.

"The season finale of It Takes A Church is coming straight out of Brooklyn! Will there be a fairytale ending?" read the trailer's description.

Previous contestants Randy Phillips and Rhoda Nyirenda found love on the show. Their episode was taped a few months ago, and Beliefnet caught up with the couple who are still going strong today after four months.

The focus of the episode was Tempe, Arizona resident Randy, as he chose from eight woman through a series of questions and challenges to pick the right one. That right one was Rhoda, who went on a one on one date consisting of horseback riding.

"At first I thought she was visually stunning, but I was afraid that was all. I started to wonder: is she about image or more substance? Is she beautiful on the inside?" he told Beliefnet, "Through that conversation, the wall just crumbled. It was at that moment where everything completely changed."

"We pray together and for each other. He prays for me," Rhoda chimed in, "After getting my heart broken, I wasn't interested in dating for a long time. I was afraid to let my wall down," she explained, "But being with Randy"¦ God used Randy to break those walls down for me. I'm so thankful to God for placing Randy in my life."

The show's description reads, "Each week, one unsuspecting single who has a desire to find a mate, is surprised to learn that their church is coming together to help them find love, led by their own Pastor, who speaks to the situation and gives advice on the potential suitors. The partnership provides ChristianMingle with in-show integration throughout the season; plus all of the daters who are not ultimately chosen will receive annual memberships to the dating service, ... In addition, GSN will produce a custom short form micro-series for ChristianMingle that will air as interstitials throughout the commercial breaks of the show. Terms of the arrangement were not disclosed."

'It Takes A Church' premiered on GSN June 5.
