"Your Great Name" singer Natalie Grant's daughter, Grace, has finally recovered, after being hospitalized.

On Jan. 1, New Year's Day, Grant took to Facebook a photo of Grace and the latter's twin sister Bella. The three looked happy, as Grace has been released from the hospital. In caption, Grant wrote, "Together again. When Gracie returned home, her twin sister Bella said, "no more tears for me. Finally! My feelings exactly, Bella. #familylove #sisters #friendsforever."

In another Facebook status, Grant write that they were thanking God for the miraculous recovery Gracie had had. The "Your Great Name" artist added that when they had taken her to the emergency room, doctors had said that she had been at an 11 out of 12, with 12 being the absolute worst it could get on the respiratory scale.

According to Grant, Grace should not have been able to walk previously; but her daughter was now headed home after five days in the intensive care unit. The "Your Great Name" singer also mentioned that Grace was such a strong little girl and God was such a faithful Father. She added that Grace was still not 100 percent and would be fighting pneumonia for a while.

For Grant, Grace would get stronger everyday, expressing her gratitude to people's prayers and concern.

In between Christmas and New Year, the "Your Great Name" singer pleaded for people's prayer's for Grace, who was reportedly hospitalized due to lung collapse secondary to pneumonia, according to Christian Post.

Recently, Grant shared a status on Facebook, saying that they would be in "Dare To Be" Tour For Women, which involves an evening event with Bible teaching, music, and inspiration that would propel people towards God and inspire them for the year ahead.

According to The Christian Beat, "Dare To Be" is a single evening women's event created by Grant and speaker Charlotte Gambii. It envisions women to experience and see women in a large conference that integrates worship, teachings, music, and women empowerment.
