Michael Schumacher Net Worth News, Health Update: Wife Denies Reports That F1 Racer Might Walk Again?

After the skiing incident, Michael Schumacher's net worth reportedly continues to drop due to the health rehab and therapy after he lapsed into coma. Unfortunately, there's not much update regarding his condition as the family continues to guard their privacy well.

According to rumors and multiple news reports, he spends a little over $150,000 each week for the rehab. Michael Schumacher has already allegedly spent $15 million so far after his December 29, 2013 skiing accident.

The seven-time F1 racing champ's wife already sold some of his properties, including a private jet and resort home. People took this to mean that he's already suffering financially. What's more likely, however, is that the family is just unloading some of the assets that they can't manage.

There's a dearth of health update after Michael Schumacher lapsed into coma. After spending months in the hospital, he was brought to his Switzerland home in September 2014 where he continues his recovery.

Last year, a German magazine quoted an alleged insider who claimed that Michael Schumacher was able to lift up his arms and even walk.

His manager, Sabine Kehm, said "Unfortunately, we are forced ... to clarify that the assertion that Michael could move again is not true. Such speculation is irresponsible, because given the seriousness of his injuries, Michael's privacy is very important for him.

"Unfortunately they also give false hopes to many people involved," she added.

Prior to lapsing into coma, Michael Schumacher had a net worth of around $800 million from endorsements and F1 winnings. Watch out for more health update, which will be published here when they come along.
