Michael Schumacher Health Condition Update 2016: Wife Denies Rumors That Michael May Walk Soon?

Celebrity death hoaxes spread like fire around the internet, with big stars like Jackie Chan, Angelina Jolie and Jayden Smith being just three of the many victims in the recent months. The trend is currently a huge concern for Corrina Schumacher, whose husband, former F1 racing legend Michael Schumacher, met a life-changing skiing accident in 2013.

Since the accident, little has been known about the status of the athlete aside from the fact that he is placed under private recovery with his family in Geneva. This lack of updates is reportedly because his family previously issued a media blackout for Schumacher's privacy.

Recently, a report from German publication Bunte claimed that the racing legend has already recovered and may be able to walk again soon. This and many other false reports have reportedly forced Corrina Schumacher to speak up about the issue. According to reports, Corrina's manager Sabine Kehm and their lawyer Felix Damm have already filed charges against the magazine for the fabricated report.

"Unfortunately, we are forced by a recent press report to clarify that the assertion that Michael could move again is not true. Such speculation is irresponsible, because given the seriousness of his injuries, his privacy is very important for Michael," said Kehm.

Demm also revealed that Michael could still not walk. While Corrina confirmed that Michael is still alive, she emphasized that the rumors of him walking were all just made up. She also said that the false reports about Michael's death were unfair to him and to their entire family.

Corrina neither confirmed nor denied reports that Michael's health is already deteriorating.

The racing legend is currently in their home in Geneva, recovering with the aid of a private group of medical professionals.
