Miami Heat NBA News, Rumors 2014: Possible Powerhouse Partners for PF Chris Bosh

Over the course of the season, the Miami Heat roster has barely held its own due to a series of unfortunate injuries. On that note, rumors regarding the Heat's next picks for 2015 have been surfacing online, particularly about Jose Calderon of the New York Knicks and Greg Monroe of the Detroit Pistons.

According to many online discussions, Jose Calderon can provide a passing advantage for Miami.

This year, the New York Knicks have not led an impressive season with a sad 4-20 record. Fortunately, their losses are other team's gains - and not just in terms of basketball games. Jose Calderon, who averages seven assists per game, is a good catch for teams who struggle with teamwork.

Miami Heat, in particular, is a good contender to use Calderon to its advantage. Since the Heat lost Lebron, the team has suffered with a sobering lack of effective passing and teamwork. If Calderon joins the team, next to Chris Bosh, the power forward, Miami Heat stands to change its game completely.

Other sources go on to say that Greg Monroe could very well complement Chris Bosh's play style.

Greg Monroe is a giant, towering at 6 foot 10, but his size is not the only impressive part of him. Monroe also maintains a remarkable rebounding advantage and the important ability to step out and shoot. Critics demand his presence on the team as a perfect supplement while Josh McRoberts heals from his knee injury. Monroe could be a great relief to a team stressed on resources.

Another possible trade option is Lance Stephenson, a recent scapegoat during the Charlotte Hornets' disappointing year. After making the playoffs last year, the Hornets have just made 6-18, and they seem to be interested in trading out shooting guard Lance Stephenson.

Despite the Heat's avid interest in Stephenson, rumors of his trade have not been confirmed.
