MercyMe, Danny Gokey To Perform At Nashville NHL Fair

American contemporary Christian music band MercyMe and American singer Danny Gokey will be joining the line-up of performers in an indoor and outdoor concert series running from January 28 to January 31 as part of the 2016 Honda NHL All-Star festivities in Nashville, Tenn..

It was announced just recently by the representatives of the Nashville Local Organizing Committee and the National Hockey League (NHL).

According to Christian Beat, the schedules are still tentative. Here's what we have so far:

Thursday, January 28 - Big & Rich, Lonestar, LOCASH, DJ Rock

Friday, January 29 - Lee Brice, Lewis Brice, Aaron Lewis, Ryan Hurd, John Hiatt, Steven Lee Olsen, Craig Wayne Boyd, DJ DU

Saturday, January 30 - Chris Young, Lennon & Maisy, Tara Thompson, Clare Bowen, Charles Esten, Russell Dickerson, DJ Rock

Sunday, January 31 - Dierks Bentley, MercyMe, Eli Young Band, Tracy Lawrence, Kelsea Ballerini,Danny Gokey, DJ DU

Sarah Trahern, the CMA Chief Executive Officer and Chair of the Nashville LOC's Events committee, said that hosting the event is a great opportunity to showcase what Nashville has to offer.

"Hosting the NHL All-Star celebration in Music City provides a terrific opportunity to involve the music community with numerous concerts that reflect the breadth and talent of Nashville's All-Star artists," she said.

Some outdoor events might be for free while the ticket price for the other shows will be $20 for adults, $15 for children between the ages of 3 and 12, seniors, and college students or military personnel provided that they show a valid ID. Children below three years old are free of charge.
