Christian metal band Love and Death's hit "I W8 4 U" wins its fifth Cage Match on Loudwire.com, cementing its status as one of the best rock bands of all time.

Loudwire's Cage Match battles pit two bands against each other, letting fans determine who has the better song. And despite tough battles along the way, the solid track "I W8 4U" (featuring guest vocals by For Today's Mattie Montgomery) plus relentless voting of Love and Death's followers was enough to earn the band five straight victories and entry into the Loudwire Cage Match Hall of Fame.

Fronted by former Korn guitarist Brian 'Head' Welch, Love and Death beat out heavy hitters such as Killswitch Engage, Drowning Pool, Voivod, and Ghost and Avatar, during their Cage Match run.

A big congrats to Love and Death and their fans, whose dedication allows "I W8 4 U" from the album Between Here & Lost to join songs from bands including Papa Roach, Avenged Sevenfold, Korn, Anthrax, and many more, in Loudwire's Cage Match Hall of Fame.

And now that the song has been officially retired, two new bands are set to duke it out. So will Clutch get the win with "Earth Rocker" or will the Sword's "The Veil of Isis" earn the victory? Listen to both tracks
