Liam Neeson New Movie News: Actor Showcases Sense of Humor in Spoof of 'Taken 3' on Jimmy Kimmel

Liam Neeson recently demonstrated his sense of humor in a parody sketch he did with Jimmy Kimmel on his show about his recently released film 'Taken 3'.

With Neeson's recent success in his third iteration of the famed action movie, "Taken 3," Kimmel prompts the audience that the studio has immediately ordered a "Taken 4." The show then cuts to a skit starring Neeson, Kimmel, and his sidekick, Guillermo.

In the skit, Guillermo's dog has been "taken".

"Kimmel dons a wig and fake nose to play the dognapper, and Neeson threatens he'll come after him using his "particular set of skills," writes NY Daily News.

The skit ends with Neeson prompting "Taken 5" when Guillermo's pants are taken. It seems that Neeson has been in on the joke all along with the studio's redundancy with the film franchise.

In an interview years ago, Neeson can be quoted saying he didn't believe "Taken" would even receive a sequel.

In learning his lesson to never predict the trends of the film industry. In an interview with Fox News, the actor addresses what the franchise has meant to his career:

"You know, I was cruising along nicely. I was working constantly and little forays into theater every now and again and suddenly with the success of Taken 1... took me very much by surprise. So Hollywood started sending me more action scripts which I'm thrilled to get the chance to do."

Neeson goes on to state his thoughts on a 'Taken 4':

"There's always...I think if audiences go and see it and they like these characters, I mean, I'd love to do something with Forest again, and if it's in a 'Taken 4' scenario...great."

"Taken 3" has taken the number one spot in the Box Office last weekend and has no plans on moving anytime soon.
