'Legend of Zelda' Wii U Release Date, News Update: Trading Cards Will Be Launched June 30

For the past couple of months, we have been getting unlimited information about the upcoming "Legend of Zelda" for Wii U and NX. Also, according to some reliable sources, "The Legend of Zelda" will also be launching a brand new set of trading cards.

According to Game N'Guide, it was confirmed that "The Legend of Zelda" will be launching its trading cards and will be released on June 30th. Also according to the site, the trading cards will also have two sets. The first set was reported to be named "The Value Box." These cards will be sold through EB Games Australia for an amount of 20 dollars.

There will be around 85 cards in the base package of "The Legend of Zelda," foil cards, 23 regulars, 12 stickers and nine Tattoos. The Legend of Zelda trading cards booster packs will cost about $6 AUS, and it will have six cards in each one.

Also, according to Mobi Picker, the cards will be based for the five previous "The Legend of Zelda" games. The games mentioned, Twilight Princess, Majora's Mask, A Link Between Worlds, Ocarina of Time and Skyward Sword.

Nintendo will also be putting all their efforts in promoting this game, especially that the E3 annual event will be coming real soon. These guys will be going full force in making sure that the game will be a success once it hits the market.

The Legend of Zelda is a Japanese fantasy action and adventure series of video games created by Shigeru Miyamoto and Takashi Tezuka. The very first edition of the game was released on February 21, 1986.
