"I was running through the rough cut of Left Behind again today and thought you guys might like a little tiny peek. It's temporary music and it hasn't been color corrected etc, but hey, it's better than nothing right? Enjoy," Lalonde posted.

The Facebook post followed another video in which fans see Director Vic Armstrong, Lalonde and some of the cast - Nicolas Cage, Chad Michael Murray and Nicky Whelan - talk about the Rapture and making "Left Behind."

Left Behind follows the epic story of a group of survivors after millions of people suddenly vanish and the world is spun into chaos and destruction in its wake. The story is based on the possible events of the Rapture described by John in the book of Revelation.

The movie's website described that it will specifically concentrate on the first few hours and the chaos of the world in the wake of millions of people vanishing with no explanation.

This apocalyptic thriller is directed by Armstrong and written by LaLonde and John Patus. The star studded cast includes Cage, playing the lead role of Rayford Steele, Murray playing the role of Buck Williams, television actress Lea Thompson, and actress/singer Jordan Sparks among many others.

The original LEFT BEHIND movie was released in 2000, and was an independent Christian film. It was based on the novel series of the same name, written by Tim LaHaye and Jerry B. Jenkins.
