DJ Don Cannon revealed to Rapzilla that Lecrae will "absolutely" release Church Clothes 3 as another installment in his mixtape series.

Rapzilla got the scoop on the story when they interviewed Cannon, who also suggested the project would "maybe" drop in 2015.

Lecrae's music falls into the realm of conscience hip-hop, and according to Rapzilla, fellow thought provoking emcees such as Kendrick Lamar, Tech N9ne, Hopsin, and Lupe Fiasco could also be on the horizon for collaborations.

"I can't talk about it because those rumors are almost true," Cannon told Rapzilla's David Daniels, "I'll tell you that."

Lecrae had a great week as he recently made his return to 'The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon', but this time as a featured performer with his song "Welcome to America."

The popular emcee's performance took place on Friday January 9 at 11:35 pm EST on NBC, and can be seen below.

His performance was powerful and has come at a poignant time with the unrest that has been surrounding the people of America. Clips of Dr. Martin Luther King with inserted in certain parts of the song as Lecrae rapped over the backdrop of an American flag along with a drummer and his DJ.

Lecrae made history when he became the first Christian rapper on late night television, and performed a snippet of his song "All I Need is You" with the Roots along with several others on his first appearance.

Before his last appearance, the emcee caught the eye of NBC and fans as they began to hashtag #lecraeonfallon. He was on the program 9/18/14 shortly after the release of his eighth studio album. Other guests on the show that night were Billy Crystal and Rose Byrne.
