Gomez' family will potentially find solace in this sticky situation as recent rumors say that the two have officially ended their on-and-off relationship. The rumors stretch as far as to say that Bieber has recently traveled to Miami, just to visit model Chantel Jeffries.

The model tweeted saying she's heading to South Florida, while Bieber was spotted at a California jewelry store, leaving the fans wondering if he was buying an engagement ring for Gomez.

However, the engagement rumors could be false because Jeffries has just posted a new picture on her Instagram account with Bieber and another model friend last Thursday. It is reported that the photo was taken at the pop star's LA home.

"Justin posted those pictures with Chantel to hurt Selena; he knows how to push her buttons," a source told HollywoodLife.com, "She always comes back to him when he treats her mean so there's no reason for him to change."

Another insider supports the claim that the two have actually broken up for good this time, "The whole drama between Sel and Justin started when she saw three text messages between him and Chantel. He promised that they were just friends but when she read the texts from Chantel, Selena was like, 'No way,' because they were so flirty - like, 'Babe, I miss you' with little heart emojis," said the insider.

The source added, "Justin basically freaked out that she went through his cell phone, and he said he could do whatever he wanted," the source continued. "Sel feels like she just can't trust him and has the sick feeling inside that he's isn't being faithful."

The source also made mention that Bieber is simply captivated by the model, "He thinks she's hot and he's so impressed that she never sold him out like she could have, so he's down to show her some love, especially when he's fighting with Selena," the source said.
