Internet Rumor Claims Universal to Replace Paul Walker with Justin Bieber in Fast and Furious 7: Hoax Began With Fake Movie Trailer [Photo]

A new Internet hoax recently surfaced that claimed that Justin Bieber was in the mix to replace Paul Walker in the currently suspended Fast and the Furious 7 movie after Walker's untimely death. Universal Studios put the Fast and the Furious movie on hold after Paul Walker's car crashed and burst into flames, killing the star and his friend.

The confusion began when Fast and the Furious co-star Ludacris allegedly claimed that he wanted to get his friend Justin Bieber a spot in the movie. HollywoodLife.com made a fake movie months before Walker's death that featured Justin Bieber starring alongside Ludacris in the film.

Jacob Joseph of Carbuzz wrote, "The idea proposed is to put none other than Justin Bieber in the movie. Whether the idea is to actually replace Walker with Bieber playing the same character, or if some other idea is being worked out."

The whole idea of Bieber replaced Walker is complete nonsense, not only would it be morally wrong and just plain awkward for a newly deceased star to be replaced in a film, it also would make absolutely no sense in the actual plot of the movie. Justin Bieber would never agree to something like this and Universal Studios would never propose it.

The harmless fake movie trailer that HollywoodLife.com created was simply a joke and has since been removed after Walker's death.

What do you think about this misunderstanding? Do you think that anyone will fall for the joke and get upset about it? Let us know what you think in the comments!
