Jennifer Aniston subtly showed off her wedding ring for the first time since her secret wedding to Justin Theroux when she walked the red carpet for her new movie, She's Funny That Way on Wednesday, 19th August.

Aniston, 46, wore an all-black Roland Mouret jumpsuit, and a huge smile as she posed, her left hand clutching her matching black clutch bag down by her side.

The dazzling diamond encrusted wedding band was captured for the world to see, however.

As reported by Us Weekly, Theroux's gold declaration of love to Aniston was designed by Jennifer Meyer, a friend of Aniston's. She also designed the bangles that Aniston wore at the premiere.

Aniston and Theroux got married in a highly secret ceremony on Wednesday 5th August. The ceremony was disguised as a birthday party for Theroux.

The couple subsequently honeymooned in Bora Bora.

Aniston went straight to the movies' after-party at Los Angeles' Tower Bar, sponsored by Jose Cuervo Margarita's.

She was in high spirits as she partied with some of her closest friends including Kathryn Hahn, her co-star, and her yoga teacher Mandy Ingber.

A guest at the party told Us Weekly:

"Jen was surrounded by all her girlfriends all night. It was a total girls' night. She looked amazing, really fit and tan and was seriously smiling so much! And even from a distance you could not miss the very thick, wedding band sparkling on her ring finger."

Theroux, 44, was not with Aniston that night, having returned to work in Austin, Texas, but it was obvious Aniston was still glowing from the wedding.
