Jennifer Aniston News: 'Friends' Actress Says First Love 'Would Have Been the One'

Jennifer Aniston, the 'Friends' actress, is known for her "Summery" attitude in familiar comedy films. But as she talked with New York Times, she revealed that her history is not as sunny as her personality.

Before the actress' infamous divorce with her movie star husband, Brad Pitt, Jennifer had already found a man who stole her heart. Before the couple could be swept away in romance, Jennifer's first love died from a brain tumor.

While Aniston never revealed a name, she did open up about their star-crossed relationship. In the actress' early 20s, Jennifer dated the man for five years, and then broke up. "I was 25, and I was stupid," the actress admitted in remorse. Her boyfriend passed away shortly after the couple split up.

"He would have been the one," Jennifer said.

The young star was filming 'Friends' in 1994 when the tragedy occurred. She talked about the loss, but she also mentioned how she got through that dark time. "He must have sent me Justin to make up for it all," Aniston said.

For those that don't know, Jennifer is now engaged to Justin Theroux. This will be Jennifer's second marriage, hopefully for good, this time to the 'Tropic Thunder' actor. The 'Cake' actress was excited to show off her new bling, showing New York Times the "rock."

"It took me a while to get used it," Jennifer joked, "I'm not a diamond girl. I'm more Indian jewelry and stuff."
