Another death hoax has hit the net. Actor Jackie Chan was reported dead earlier this week, sending fans into shock and disbelief. Once Chan heard of the hoax he proved he was still alive by sending out a picture of himself holding a newspaper.

Chan went straight to Facebook and sent out the following posts:

"...Everybody called me to see if I was alive."

"If I died, I would probably tell the world! I took a photo with today's date, just in case you don't believe me! However, thank you all for your concern."

This isn't the first time Jackie Chan was said to have died. In 2011 a Facebook page was created called "Jackie Chan 08/17/2011", where it was reported that he died from a heart attack.

Lots of celebs have fell victim to the death hoax such as, Eminem, Alfonso Ribeiro, Robert Pattinson, Reese Witherspoon, and Eddie Murphy. Twitter is also infamous its #RIP hashtags where they trend that a famous musician or celebrity of some sort has died. So let's stop the rumors and lets just live!
