iPhone 7 Release Date News, Rumors, Specs: Apple Works On AMOLED Screen; Set For September 2016 Release

Apple is now planning on the next couple of iPhone models that they will be releasing in the future. The most recent one will be the iPhone 7. Many believe that the phone will be released some time around the latter part of the year.

According to Daily Star Albany, Apple could be very much working on their new line of iPhones. It was also reported that the company would be releasing their new creations at an earlier time compared to their recent releases.

The phone was reported to be waterproof and thin. The iPhone 7 might also have a better camera and along with it, a wider and edgeless screen. The device might also be shifting to a wireless charging device and also a cordless earphone or headset.

Apple might also drop the A10 chip made by Samsung to commit to TSMC's new InFO technology. By doing this, they can come up with even thinner phones and tablets in the future. There is also Intel's rumored 10-nanometer process. Apple might also want to get their hand on that.

It was also rumored that the iPhone is currently working on getting their phones on a AMOLED screen to keep up with HTC and Samsung, but it might not happen yet with the iPhone 7.

As for the release date, the iPhone 7 might still be released some time in the month of September, just like the release month of Apple iPhone 6s last year. The iPhone 7 might also be release together with the second edition of their Apple Watch.
